Strozzapreti with mantis shrimp


  • 500g strozzapreti Ce.Ma

  • 200g tomato pulp

  • 200g mantis shrimp cleaned and peeled

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Parsley to taste

  • White wine

  • 10g salt

  • Pepper

  • Extra virgin olive oil


Put the garlic clove in a saucepan with the extra virgin olive oil and let it brown. Add the cleaned and peeled shrimp. Sprinkle with white wine and add the tomato pulp. Leave to cook for a couple of minutes. Separately, in abundant salted water, cook the strozzapreti for 3/4 minutes. Drain and whisk together with the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and a grated black pepper. Enjoy your meal!
